#2 sounds like your belt is running out of line.Put the bike so that the rear wheel is of the ground. You should notice that the belt is not running true on the rear sprocket.Loosen off the rear axle. Now adjust the axle with the small adjusters on both sides of the axle. While adjusting spin your rear wheel by hand and try to get the belt running in the center of the rear drive. As for tension I use the gadget in the tool bag.
#3 I had a vibration in the speedo but I cured it by taking off the tank, turning it upside down and putting a small piece of rubber between the tank and where the speedo cable take a 90 degree turn and touches the tank.
